2018 OCTOBER 23
Come to SOFRESUD booth G03 Hall 2B at Euronaval 2018 and give a try to the Intuitive Pointing Device (IPD), latest generation of combat proven hand-held designator.
The IPD brings unprecedented capability delivering the necessary designation of time-critical threats to Remote Weapon Systems (RWS) by assisting in cueing to compensate the narrow field-of-view of their built-in tracking optronic.
The IPD brings a highly responsive and robust solution to mobilize kill-chain in due time, drastically minimizing sensor-to-shooter loop.
The new IPD Designator has just been tested on the French Frigate Courbet.
Thanks a lot to the French Navy for hosting us during this trial !
